Our 45-Day Policy

At {{ shop.name }}, we stand behind our products with a 45-day satisfaction guarantee. You may return most items in new, unused condition with original packaging for a full refund within 45 days of purchase. Please note:

  • Proof of purchase is required for all returns/exchanges
  • Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility
  • Original shipping fees and gift wrapping charges are non-refundable
  • Items showing signs of regular wear cannot be accepted

We'll cover return shipping if the return results from our error (incorrect or defective items). Refunds or replacements will be processed after we receive and inspect your return.

Important: Free promotional items and products purchased during sales events are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
